guarantee

Hopscotch Kids prides itself on delivering a quality product at a reasonable price. If you are dissatisfied with your product we will offer a refund however the product must be returned to us within 7 days in its original packaging and condition. All freight charges will be paid by the purchaser and are non-refundable.

payment

A deposit of $100 is required at the time of making the order with the balance payable in full prior to collection or delivery.

delivery times

Hopscotch Kids Ltd will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 4 weeks. If it appears that there will be a delay we will do our best to notify you at the time of ordering. Hopscotch Kids Ltd will not be liable for any delays as a result of the Freight company.

damaged furniture

Hopscotch Kids Ltd dispatches all furniture in perfect condition. Damage to the goods must be noted on delivery and both the freight company and Hopscotch Kids advised immediately. Hopscotch Kids Ltd will then determine what further action is required.

freight

This can be arranged by either Hopscotch Kids Ltd or the purchaser. A quote will be provided at the time of ordering.

price

Hopscotch Kids Ltd reserve the right to alter the price, however the price confirmed at the time of ordering the goods will not be altered.

cancellation of order

As Hopscotch Kids Ltd furniture is made/painted to order, therefore in the case of a cancellation the $100 deposit will not be refundable.

privacy

Hopscotch Kids Ltd values its customers highly and will not share your personal details i.e. name/ph numbers/email address etc with any other party.
