Can I buy/view the furniture at a retailer?

Hopscotch Kids is only available direct from our website. We have taken this approach so that we can keep the cost of the goods down and pass these savings onto you the customer.

What is the furniture made of?

All furniture is made from A grade solid pine with the exception of the cube bookcase and the wardrobe. These two pieces are made from customwood (MDF).

How is it painted and is the paint safe?

All furniture is spray painted/lacquered by professional spray painters with a 2 pot finish to ensure a longer lasting surface. Yes the paint is perfectly safe for use in your child's room immediately.

What does the whitewash finish look like?

This finish is only suitable for the products that are made of Pine and must be painted a light colour. The furniture is painted but the grain of the wood still shows through - great for beach houses too.

Is the furniture just for children?

This furniture looks just as great in an adults room, spare room or beach house. It is a classic, timeless look that looks fabulous in neutral colours.

What if I am unhappy with the goods?

If you are unhappy with the furniture as long as it is returned within 7 days in it’s original packaging and condition a refund will be given. The freight charge is non-refundable.

Can I arrange my own freight?

Yes you can but there will be no comeback on Hopscotch Kids ltd for any damaged goods. Alternatively if you are in Chch you are able to pick up your furniture on a Wednesday.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made by either posting a chq to: Hopscotch Kids Ltd 18 Bennett St Christchucrh or by direct crediting the Hopscotch Kids Ltd bank a/c.
Inititially a deposit of $100 is required with the balance and freight payable prior to the goods being dispatched or picked up.
